Sap cherry is dense and close-grained, which means it holds joinery tightly and does not shift when humidity swings through a bedroom. A mineral stain sits cool against the wood, letting the natural cherry undertone come through without heavy tinting.

Measurements

The set fits a queen bed frame. Storage counts are a 7-drawer dresser, a mirror, a tall chest, and a 2-drawer nightstand. Between the tall chest and dresser you have room for two people’s clothes without stacking sweaters on shelves in the closet.

The proportions on this suite lean traditional but stay compact enough to work in a smaller master bedroom or a mid-sized guest room. Care

Sap cherry darkens gradually with light exposure, so leaving a lamp or a picture frame on the dresser in the same spot for years will produce a faint outline. Rotate small surface items every few months to keep the tone even. Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth; skip commercial polishes with silicone in them, which can build up on the finish over time.
