About This Piece
Rustic quarter sawn white oak has a tight ray fleck grain pattern that reads clearly under any finish, which is why we chose it for the Chloe Trestle. The top wears an Oldora stain while the base sits in Honey Nut, giving the piece a two-tone look without any painted accents to sell the effect. The Liberty side chairs come matched to the same wood and finish scheme.
At a Glance
The table starts at 36×54 with both self-storing leaves tucked inside. Pull them out when guests arrive and the seating capacity expands without a trip to the closet. Chair seat fabric is Oldora and the frame fabric is Honey Nut, tying every element of the set back to the tabletop and base.
Why It Works
Quarter sawn white oak resists warping better than flat-sawn cuts because the growth rings run more upright through the board. That matters at a table where cups sweat and spills happen. The self-storing leaves keep the everyday footprint compact, and the matched Liberty chairs mean the color story stays consistent once the set is in the room.
